Everyconnection is a certified two-way interface — no one-way feeds — which meansavailability, rates, and restrictions flow out, and reservations flow straight back inautomatically.

Updates are pushed in real time. The moment a reservation comes in on any channel,Hotel-Spider immediately adjusts the shared inventory pool and pushes the updatedavailability to every other connected channel. There is no batch processing or scheduledsync window — the change propagates instantly.

All connected channels draw from a single, centralised inventory pool. Because Hotel-Spider uses exclusively two-way interfaces, every booking triggers an immediateinventory deduction that is reflected everywhere simultaneously. Full change logs andmessage-level audit trails let you trace exactly what was sent to or received from eachchannel, so any discrepancy can be diagnosed quickly.

No manual updates per channel are needed. You define a base rate once and configurederivation rules: your non-refundable rate, early-bird, or room-type variants automaticallytrack the base rate using percentage, per-room, or per-person offsets. Day-baseddifferences are also supported. When you change the base rate, all derived rates adjustin parallel and are pushed to all channels automatically.

Yes. Theconnection uses product-based mapping, giving you accurate, channel-by-channelcontrol over what is sold and where.

Mapping connects your room categories and rate plans in Hotel-Spider to the equivalentproducts on each OTA. Hotel-Spider uses a product-based mapping approach with adrag-and-drop interface in the extranet. The Hotel-Spider team guides you through theinitial mapping during onboarding, typically via a conference call. You can also adjust orextend mappings yourself at any time from within the extranet.

The channel manager includes a statistics dashboard that breaks reservation data downby booking channel, origin, and location. You can see at a glance which OTAs aredriving volume, how your booking mix is distributed, and how inventory is moving. Fullmessage-level logs for every channel exchange are also available, so you havecomplete transparency into what data was sent and received.
